Answer to my prayers - They are a bit funky looking, but the look grows on you and you know what they say about love being blind. I have arthritis in my hip and as a teacher on my feet all day in a building with hard floors, last week was the first week I was not in pain at the end of each day. I wore Crocs everyday and nothing else I tried–insoles, expensive shoes; nothing has provided the relief that these have. I was skeptical considering how inexpensive they are and how light weight they are, but I am a total fanatic now. Charles David Foxtrot Boots. I have 5 pairs so far and expect to have 3 times that number before I’m through. There are so many colors and styles, it’s hard to choose!
An experiment for work - I bought these as a trial for my job and boss (podiatrist) he was not very impressed with these when his patient’s starting showing up wearing them. Charles David Foxtrot Shoes. They all raved on the fit and comfort. So I decided to try a pair, for both his and my interest in them. I now have 3 pairs and hate to have to put on other shoes, I would recommend them to anyone who spends any amount of time on their feet, I am totally sold on the Crocs.
These shoes are great! I am a nurse, and decided to try these after almost twisting my ankle wearing Dansko’s (they are too high). I was skeptical at first- I always thought that the more money spent, the better the shoes. But now I love Crocs! Charles David Foxtrot Boots, Footwear. I can walk around at work for 12 hours, and my feet feel fine at the end of my shift! I have decided to buy my parents each a pair for Christmas!
LOVE THEM!!! My whole family went to Hershey Park, PA this summer and CROCS were all the rage. I became obsessed and ordered them for the entire family. They are the greatest. My kids can play in the backyard and get these shoes as dirty as they can possibly get them and I just hose them off. When we’re in a hurry I tell the kids to put on their CROCS and off we go. I love them. I just ordered myself a pair in the brown for the fall. These are the best, most comfortable shoes ever. Do not hesitate to order! Outstanding - I saw these on feet all over the place this summer and I didn’t really want to follow the pack and buy them, but the reviews sounded too good to be true. I took the chance, and fell in love with them. They are really comfortable- with or without socks. I wear a 9 wide and that’s what I bought. They feel great. I wish they came in a dressier material for all the places I can’t wear these.
Very comfortable, but… This shoe is very comfortable, but I don’t see how anyone can wear them. I trip all the time when I walk in these shoes. I am going to return them for this reason only. In all the reviews I read before buying them, no one else mentioned this problem. Am I the only one?
Very pregnant and working 12 hours shifts… I bought these shoes when my feet started swelling at the beginning of my second trimester of pregnancy. I work 10-12 hours shifts in a restaurant where I am constantly running and get very, very little down time. Charles David Foxtrot Footwear, I am pretty sure that without these ugly shoes I would have had to quit my job by now (6 months pregnant). These are TRULY slip resistant, which really surprised me, but make this shoe so valuable to me. I can run through water and oil without losing any traction. My feet can breathe in these shoes and after I sit down after a long shift, they are cool and not swelling. I HIGHLY recommend these shoes to anyone who works long hours, and especially to other pregnant women!
Professional Crocs - Working as a nurse on terrazzo floors has put my new Crocs to the test. They are very nicely cushioned but could use a bit more arch support. They do not slip on slick surfaces but I did stub my toe frequently at first until I learned they do not slide. A good value shoe and very easy to slip on and off. Recommend if you have heel spurs.
Professional Crocs - Working as a nurse on terrazzo floors has put my new Crocs to the test. They are very nicely cushioned but could use a bit more arch support. They do not slip on slick surfaces but I did stub my toe frequently at first until I learned they do not slide. A good value shoe and very easy to slip on and off. Recommend if you have heel spurs. Croc-tastic! These shoes are wonderful; I bought them specifically for the “back-to-school book rush”. I work for at a college bookstore, overseeing the temporary employees, and I spent 9-11 hours a day standing. In the past, this was very hard on my feet, so I decided to try these shoes. They are great, so light and versatile it’s unbelievable. After working a week, 3 temporary employees purchased a pair of Crocs and experienced the same results. I’m starting to consider what pair I will buy next! Better than barefoot - These shoes are incredibly comfy, and incredibly ugly. Fortunately I don’t care what they look like. I wear them everyday to work (in a dental office) and have no trouble staying on my feet all day. They are very light weight, which makes it feel as though you are walking barefoot, except with a lot more support.
